Classes, workshops, and community craft days at DABBLE N HOBBS
Beginner Sewing classes are on the schedule! You have 5 chances to sign up and learn how to make the reversible handbag. Spots are limited to six students to ensure everyone can receive help with their project throughout the lesson. We have three machines in house for those who do not own a machine to learn on.
All supplies will be provided including fabric, scissors, thread, needles, and iron. We will be working with quilters cotton for it's light weight and non stretch qualities. If you wish to bring your own fabrics you can, but you may have to come to class early so you have time to cut out the pattern.
Skills you will learn while making this bag:
How to thread your machine, how to use the hand wheel, sewing a straight stitch, using the reverse stitch, and how to sew on a curve.
At the end of the class you will have a functional bag that you can use or give as a gift.
This class is open to all ages. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The reversible bag class is $30 per participant. When signing up please follow the link below. In the body of the email please list your name and the date of the class you wish to attend. Also note if you are bringing your own sewing machine or fabric.
You will receive a confirmation email with a Venmo pay link. You can pay through the link or in store with cash or Square.
You're spot will be saved when payment is complete.
Full refund if cancelled three days or more before your class date. Half the price will be refunded if cancelled one or two days before your class date. No refund will be given for cancellation on the day of your class.
